Remove the old thermostat
Turn the power off and take the stock thermostat off the wall.
Connect the Smart Mobile HUB
Mount the touchscreen in its place and connect the AC controller following the guide for your system.
Set it up in the app
Join your RV’s Wi-Fi, install the app on your phone, and choose your alert limits.
How alerts work
- The touchscreen reports to the cloud continuously.
- A watchdog checks every RV once a minute, and right away when a reading changes.
- Too hot, too cold, or no report for a minute: you get a text and a phone notification.
- Reminders repeat while the problem lasts, then an "RV OK" text when it is solved.
- Limits clear one degree past the line, so a temperature sitting on the limit does not spam you.
If the Wi-Fi drops
The touchscreen keeps running your ACs and set points locally. Remote control and alerts come back when the connection does. If the touchscreen itself goes silent, that is exactly what triggers the offline alert.
