When can I buy it?

We are preparing the first production run. Waitlist members are emailed first, with a 30% launch discount, before pre-orders open.

Does it need internet to work?

No. The touchscreen controls your ACs on its own. Internet is only needed for your phone to control it remotely and for text alerts.

How fast do alerts arrive?

The cloud watchdog checks every minute and also reacts as soon as a new reading comes in, so most alerts arrive within about a minute.

Will it work with my AC?

Check the compatibility page. We list a system as compatible only after testing it in a real RV.

Is there a subscription?

Pricing, including any service plan for text alerts, will be announced before pre-orders open.

What about warranty and returns?

Warranty and return terms will be published with the launch price, before you pay anything.

Can I keep my factory controller?

In our own RV the factory controller stays wired in as a backup. Your install guide will say what applies to your system.
